Returns
Returns Policy (Australia Only)

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, sale items, or any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
